Bio

After graduating from Pfeiffer College in 1973 with a degree in Liberal Arts, Craig entered the work force as a credit card collections agent at NCNB, now Bank of America. From there, he went to work as an outside salesman for Hardware Distributors in Greensboro, N.C. After spending 2 years with Hardware Distributors, Craig left the company to take a job in outside sales with a rep group named Blue Ridge Sales out of Richmond, VA. Craig was promoted to VP at Blue Ridge, but eventually left the company to form his own rep agency, Chadwick and Associates, in 1984, which covered the states of NC, SC, and VA. In 2012, Chadwick and Associates merged with Rhodes and Stafford, Inc. Since that time, Craig has been a great addition to the Rhodes and Stafford team, focusing much of his time calling on architects and engineers working to get various product lines that we represent written into the specifications. Being very technically oriented, and with years of experience in the ductless market, he functions as our Fujitsu Specialist, spending a large amount of his time conducting contractor and distributor training classes, as well engineering calls working to drive specifications in the VRF market.
