Bannon has been in the HVAC industry for many years. Prior to joining Rhodes and Stafford in January 2023, he owned and operated a manufacturer’s rep agency for over 30 years. His sales and marketing experience covers many diverse products sold to numerous industries including Big Box stores, appliance, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC distributors. He has also consulted for several startup companies, helping them grow into industry leaders. With recent consolidation in the industry, Bannon joined the Rhodes and Stafford team in outside sales for North and South Carolina. In his spare time, Bannon is an avid musician and enjoys golf, boating, and spending time with his family. We’re happy to have him on board!
