Bio

Mark Thurston began his career in the HVAC/R industry in 1998. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (1993), he first spent several years in food service and hospitality before transitioning into HVAC/R. He joined Invensys Controls, a manufacturer of heating, gas, air conditioning, and refrigeration controls, where he called on wholesale distributors across Virginia and the Carolinas. Mark quickly advanced to become National Sales Manager for Invensys and later held national roles with Honeywell Genetron and Gree Ductless Equipment.

 

In 2025, Mark joined the Rhodes and Stafford team, proudly serving the Commonwealth of Virginia.

 

Outside of work, Mark is a trained chef who enjoys cooking for family and friends. He’s also an avid golfer and loves spending time with his three dogs
