Bio

After receiving an Associates Degree in Child Development from Allegheny County Community College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from UNC Charlotte, Jesseca entered the workforce as a Sales Associate and Account Manager in the appliance and secondary finance spaces, working for Electrolux, Concora Credit, and LG Electronics.
 

Jesseca began her career in the HVAC/R industry in 2024 as a Regional Sales Executive for Global the Source. When the company was acquired by Rectorseal in 2025, Jesseca decided to stay in the industry by joining the Rhodes and Stafford team as a Product Manager. On behalf of everyone at Rhodes and Stafford, allow me to say that we are thrilled to have her on our team. She is going to be a
tremendous asset.
 

When not working, you can typically find her at the gym working out. She is an avid gym goer and exercise enthusiast. Weekends are spent watching youth sports
with her soon to be husband, and F-16 pilot, Jason.
