After leaving Guilford College in 1987, Ricky Stanley began his career initially as a Quality Control Foreman at Halstead Industries. He progressed his way up through the ranks, becoming the OEM Sales Coordinator, and then Customer Service Manager. After spending 2 years as the Customer Service Manager, Ricky then moved into the Outside Sales Position, calling on the wholesale distributors of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Plumbing products throughout North and South Carolina. In 1993, the decision was made at Halstead to hire Rhodes and Stafford to represent them in the Carolinas. It was at that point in time when Ricky joined the Rhodes and Stafford team as an outside salesman, and has done an outstanding job for many years representing the companies under contract with Rhodes and Stafford.
